In the beginning it was just a fairy tale, then a game in the fields during autumn and while growing up I started feeling, loving, tasting every moment in the fields while working with the land of the olive trees. They were standing there, beautiful and proud, offering their seeds to become the nutritious food of every home all over the world.

I knew that this journey will find its destination, there where my soul could be calm, where my mind and heart lay full of happiness and creativity.
